Day 1 Collection Of “Bheed”: Rajkumar-Bhumi’s Film Fails On Its First Day, Collects Only 15 Lakh

The Raj Kumar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar-starrer Bheed was released in theatres on March 24. The film, directed by Anubhav Sinha, has been the subject of debate for some time and the day 1 collection of Bheed remained Rs. 15 lakh. The assortment is poor, taking into account the star cast and the solid names joined to it.

On its first day in theatres, according to the industry, Bheed managed to make just Rs 15 lakh (early estimates). The occupancy rate was 5.48 percent. Anek, Sinha’s previous movie, which starred Ayushmann Khurrana, had a similarly disappointing box office run. However, it was still superior to Bheed. On its first day in theaters, Anek had earned Rs 1.77 crore.

For those who are unaware, a portion of trade analysts have criticized “Bheed” for comparing mass migration during lockdown to Partition in 1947. In an exclusive interview, Rajkummar stated, “The only reaction I got was’thank you for doing this film, such an important story.” when asked about the reactions. It is unsettling. Those were the remarks I received from viewers of the trailer. I believe there were some reactions to the initial video; I wouldn’t call them mixed, but they were talking about it. Overall, I think the trailer has been well received.

Bhumi, on the other hand, said that some movies make more money than they make at the box office. Some films, in my opinion, surpass box office receipts in size. First and foremost, one should not assume the entirety of the film’s plot. We are extremely proud of what Bheed stands for, and I believe that every film is made with a purpose. She stated, “It is about a time that everyone experienced globally.”

After having a bad opening at the box office, it will be important to see whether the film will grow on its first weekend.
