Netflix Scheduled ‘Tudum’ For June 17; Alia Bhatt And The Cast Of ‘The Archies’ Will Attend Global Fan Event

Netflix made the announcement that it will provide fans with exclusive first looks from returning and upcoming titles through the global event ‘Tudum,’ which will be attended by Indian star Alia Bhatt and the cast of Zoya Akhtar’s “The Archies.”

The 2023 ‘Tudum’ livestream will be broadcast live around the world on June 17 after two years as a virtual event.

The three-day conference will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from June 16 to 18.

Bhatt will make her Hollywood debut as a member of the cast of the Netflix film “Heart of Stone.” Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, her co-stars, are also on the cast list.

The cast of “The Archies,” which includes Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Yuvraj Menda, Agastya Nanda, and Vedang Raina, will also be in attendance.

‘Tudum,’ a two-hour event, will feature Netflix stars and creators from around the world, as well as never-before-seen footage, trailers, and first looks at upcoming series, films, and games, according to a press release issued by the streamer.

Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth and director Sam Hargrave will speak about their film “Extraction 2” at the event, which will also feature Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra, Frey Allan, and Joey Batey from “The Witcher” season three, as well as Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, and Sofia Boutella from “Rebel Moon,” and the cast of “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”

The cast of “Stranger Things” will make appearances, as will Jenna Ortega, Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, and Joy Sunday for the series “Wednesday,” Ralph Macchio and William Zabka for “Cobra Kai,” and John Boyega and Teyonah Parris for “They Cloned Tyrone.”

The global live stream event is ticketed separately from the Bienal activities and will be available to fans based in or travelling to Sao Paulo.
