The record-breaking film Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan smashes its records every other day. The specific chart-buster film’s success at the box office has not just restored the theatrical industry in different regions of India but also given a boost to the records of Yash Raj Films production. Pathaan is part of the YRF Spy Universe, linking the previous films War and the Tiger series through cameos and Easter eggs.

In its first 8 days of earning the movie proved to be the highest a Hindi-origin film has collected. If we continue with the earning topic it is only the fourth film after Baahubali 2, KGF: Chapter 2 and RRR to collect over Rs. 650 cr in 8 days. While all the movies of the production house have been successful at the box office, ironically Pathaan’s numbers have taken YRF Spy Universe past the Rs 2000-crore mark.

Pathaan has already been crowned as the Chart-Buster movie to enter the Rs 200 crore, Rs 250 crore and Rs 300 crore mark fastest at the box office in India. As per a report in Box Office India, as per the early estimates, Pathaan collected Rs 17-17.5 crore on Wednesday, taking its eight-day earnings in India to Rs 333 crore. It is expected that at this rate, the film will enter the Rs 350 crore club on Thursday, that is in nine days. From the second weekend, the collections are expected to rise from Friday evening.

The King Of Bollywood is Now the King of Global Entertainment

Pathaan has grossed around 31.5 million dollars in its first 8 days from overseas courses. The movie arises as the highest-selling Indian film in most traditional global markets. With a strong showcasing in almost all global markets in the second week also, it can be said with confidence that the film will soon be hitting the 45 million dollars mark and possibly up to 45 million dollars in its concluding run.

The entire collection that Pathaan is securing is in its original language, that is Hindi and not the dubbed versions as has been the case with Pan-India films. With the film’s record SRK proved why he is called the King of Bollywood. SRK is the only one with the most all-time grosses globally.
