Vidyut plays an officer in the Air Force who plans to block the airspace to stop Pakistan and China from attacking India. On May 12, the movie will be shown in theatres all over the country. The spy thriller is directed by Sankalp Reddy, who is best known for his work in Ghazi. “IB 71, for the first time, talks about how the Indian Intelligence Bureau conducted a secret mission and outwitted the enemy, which gave our armed forces the necessary advantage to face a two-front war,” Vidyut previously stated in a statement.

Working on IB 71, according to director Sankalp Reddy, was an “absolute thrill ride.” The film’s intriguing premise and the chance to learn more about undercover operations drew me in.
