Dr. Rajeshwar Singh on Thursday gifted new project plans to the residents of Bhatgaon. The MLA laid the foundation stone of ten roads sanctioned under the Mukhyamantri Tvarit Arthik Vikas Yojana in the ‘Bhatgaon’ village. Along with it, he inaugurated 51 other new development projects and dedicated them to the public.

The MLA inaugurated construction work of 10 roads, drains, interlocking-CC roads, nadep compost, Sahaj Jan Sewa Kendra, and a liquid and waste management center in the area under the Economic Development Scheme.

Addressing the public, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh expressed his gratitude to the people and the departments involved in the progress of the village. He said that today the development of the village has got a new momentum with the blessings of the people. The dream of the ideal Sarojini Nagar will be fulfilled only by the all-round development of each village.

The MLA assured the school will have all the required facilities with the latest technology.

Dr. Rajeshwar Singh said that efforts are on to make the CHC-PHC of the area equipped with modern arrangements, from providing basic facilities including computers, ACs, swings, and furniture.

Youth are being encouraged for sports through sports leagues. Sports platforms and facilities-resources are being provided to the players. The meritorious are being honored and encouraged with guidance.

He further said that promoting education is my priority. To provide quality education to future generations, three schools in the area are being rejuvenated after adoption. Swings are being installed in all the schools. So far 5-5 swings have been installed in 55 schools. Our efforts are to ensure that more than 22,000 children studying in 193 primary schools get all the facilities and resources for better education and sports. To make girls digitally literate, digital libraries are being set up in all degree colleges.

He said that 105 new roads are being constructed in Sarojini Nagar, of which 30 roads are in rural and 75 in urban areas. Apart from this, repair work on 68 roads, of which 42 are in rural and 26 in urban areas, is going on. Our efforts in the direction of strengthening public transport are in motion.

He stated that Uttar Pradesh is creating its new identity at the global level. In Sarojini Nagar too, every person is connected with its development and progress. In order to make women self-reliant, sewing centres are being set up in the area where sewing machines are available to them free of cost.

He said, “A provision of Rs. 10.30 lakh crore has been made for the farmers in the budget. An arrangement of Rs. 1,050 crores has been made for the daughters under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana. A provision of Rs. 4,032 crores has been made for the destitute women of the state.”

On the budget, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh said that the budget has doubled in the last 6 years under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath, along with it, the income of farmers, the public, and per capita has also doubled. He further said that CM Yogi has strengthened the basic mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ through the budget.

Dr. Rajeshwar Singh said that his whole life is dedicated to the service of the public – “I am available for you all the time. My office is open 24 hours for your service.” He also interacted with the public and listened to their problems and suggestions.

The people of the village expressed their gratitude while appreciating the development work being done by him.
