Gautam Budh Nagar: A Government School teacher in Greater Noida has got the job of Primary Teacher using a fake marksheet. For the past 26 years he has been enjoying the salary and other benefits of a government employee. Now the accused has to face a police case and pay a hefty panalty for forging documents.
Joginder Kumar is a primary school teacher at Patrahi village used a fake marksheet of class 12 to land in a government job. After Education Department started an investigation, it was found that the accused has used forged marksheet to secure the job. He was dismissed from his post on May 12.
The Basic Education Officer in Gautam Budh Nagar mentioned that the Education Department was informed regarding Joginder Kumar who used a fake marksheet to land up in the job. After conducting the investigations it was found that the allegations were true. Gyan Singh, in-charge of Jarcha police station said that Singh has been booked under sections 420 (cheating and dish dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 467 (forgery of valuable security, will, etc.),468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document or electronic record) of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
BSA has ordered that Singh’s salary of 26 years and digital gadgets provided to him by the department should be recovered as a penalty. If complaint regarding the accused wasn’t done he had been working as a primary teacher till 2036.
