Major Fire At A Chemical Factory In Maharashtra

On Thursday, officials in Maharashtra’s Palghar district said a fire had broken out at a chemical facility in Vasai and that five fire tenders had been dispatched immediately to the scene.

Five fire tenders arrived at the scene as soon as the fire was discovered and started putting it out, according to a fire department spokesperson.

Officials also stated that there were no reports of casualties at the time this report was filed.

According to officials, a fire started at a market complex in the Puri district of Odisha earlier on Thursday, inflicting at least three injuries.

Gokul Ranjan Das from Puri’s IIC Town police station reported that “three people” had been hurt and had been taken to a hospital.

An official reported that firefighting units were on the scene dousing the flames.

The cause of the fire was unknown until the final reports.
