Modi in Morbi : Takes stock of rescue operations

On Morbi visit Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives at the incident site for taking stock of the rescue operations on at Machchhu River.

The Pradhan Sevak on a visit to Gujrat, has arrived at Morbi where the collapse of a cable bridge on the Machchhu River killed around one hundred and thirty-five people leaving many injured.

The incident site in Morbi, Gujarat has the search and rescue operation is underway in the Machchhu river.

PM Modi is accompanied by the Gujarat CM are visiting the Morbi bridge collapse site who is here to take stock of the situation after the collapse of a suspension bridge over the Machchhu River hurting hundreds of people day before yesterday on 30th of October 2022.

PM Modi and CM Bhupendra Patesl ater taking aerial review of Morbi bridge collapse site went to visit the civil hospital to meet victims. In the Civil Hospital they also visited holding meetings with senior officials in order to review the situation.

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit, portions of the entry gate of the 300-bed government hospital in Morbi, have been painted in yellow whereas a couple of  areas inside the hospital received a coat of white paint also.

Today in the morning workers were seen painting and cleaning and painting around the facility before the arrival of the PM and CM.
