Ravi Kishan introduces the ‘Population Control Bill’ in Lok Sabha, holds Congress responsible for him having four kids

Ravi Kishan: Actor-turned- politician Ravi Kishan, BJP MP from Gorakhpur got a lot of humourous applause at an event held by Aaj Tak. He mentioned that the reason he has four kids is that Congress never brought in the ‘Population Control Bill’ and there was no law stopping him from doing so.

BJP MP Ravi Kishan introduced a Private Members Bill in Lok Sabha on Friday which is aimed at controlling the Population of the Country.

As told to ANI earlier in June this year on  the subject Kishan had said “We can be Vishwa Guru only if population control bill is brought. Very important to bring the population under control “.

He added “With the way it’s rising, we are heading towards  explosion. I request the opposition to let me introduce the bill and listen to me why I want to do it”, as told to ANI earlier this year.

On Friday Ravi Kishan did the good  deed by introducing the Population Control Bill in the Parliament in the Lok Sabha.

During the Aaj Tak event he mentioned that if the Congress brought in the Population Control Bill earlier, he would have stopped.

Ravi Kishan also mentioned how his wife’s health suffered after each pregnancy and now  he realises after he has matured and feels sorry for his wife.

According to the UNFPA report, India is projected to be the most populous nation in the world by the year 2028, with some 1.45 billion people.

This step by MP Ravi Kishan might be just the thing India needs. As rightly mentioned by Kishan, to be a superpower (Vishwa Guru) , control of the population of the country is an important step.

Ravi Kishan, first garnered huge success in the Bhojpuri film industry and was even dubbed as the Shahrukh Khan of Bhojpuri Cinema. In his current political avatar he still enjoys a lot of love from the masses.
