SpiceJet: Several passengers got into an argument with SpiceJet’s staff on Friday, 3 February 2023 as the flight was delayed by more than two hours.
According to the passenger, “several passengers were agitated and involved in a heated argument with the airline staff concerned at the airport over the delay in flight departure”.

A passenger of Delhi-Patna flight number (8721) said that there was a scheduled departure at 7.20 am from Terminal 3 of the airport in New Delhi. The passenger said, “At first the airline staff said that the flight was delayed due to weather problems, but later cited technical glitches as the reason for the delay”.

The plane finally took off at 10.10 am. “The flight’s departure was delayed due to an operational issue. It has already landed in Patna,” said the SpiceJet spokesperson.
The flight was scheduled for departure at 7:20 am from Delhi, however, it finally departed at around 10:10 am.
