The Suspicious Death Of An Elderly Lawyer Was Called Murder By Relatives

Serious questions are being raised regarding the death of senior advocate OP Saxena. It is alleged that an attempt is being made to save the accused by terming the matter as an accident. While this is a case of premeditated murder. The deceased advocate was a Public Prosecutor of Delhi Police.

OP Saxena, an elderly lawyer living in East Delhi’s Madhu Vihar area, died under suspicious circumstances after falling from the first floor of his flat. However, in the police report, this incident is being described as a prima facie accident. But the brother and acquaintances of the deceased allege that it was a case of premeditated murder. To grab the property of the deceased, his wife’s nephew executed this murder. The brother of the deceased had also given a complaint in this context to the Delhi High Court Bar Association a week back.

Wife and daughter died in Corona

Actually, OP Saxena’s wife Usha Jain and daughter Shraddha died during the second wave of Corona. After that, he lived with his 11-year-old grandson in his flat in Madhu Vihar. He also suffered from mental illness. According to experts, his wife’s nephew had been living with him for about seven months. It is alleged that he did not allow them to meet anyone.

This is in the footage of the accident

According to the police report, OP Saxena died after falling from the first floor of his flat at around 2:28 am on 31 May. It is visible in the CCTV footage of society that after six minutes at 2:34 pm, his wife’s nephew came to him on the spot and went back trying to shake him. The question is also being raised because of the suspicious accident that happened so late in the night and reached the spot in just six minutes.

Threat of murder

Advocate Shyam Sundar Sharma, close to lawyer OP Saxena, says that in the statement given to the police, the nephew of Saxena’s wife said that he was sleeping at the time of the incident. When he opened his eyes, he found that Saxena ji was not in his bed. After that, after looking for him, he looked through the window and found that Saxena ji had fallen down.

After that he opened the lock of the gate and went downstairs. But it is not possible in just six minutes and this gives rise to all apprehensions. The special thing is that on the night of May 30, he, along with one of his fellow lawyers, also drank alcohol at Saxena ji’s house.

This is also an allegation.

A serious aspect of this suspicious death is that OP Saxena’s brother, Professor Anand Saxena, had emailed the Delhi High Court Bar Association a week ago, pleading for the protection of his brother and his grandson. Anand Saxena says that his brother and nephew were being abused.

Not only this, crores of rupees deposited in his bank account were also being withdrawn. His brother himself had told him that his wife’s nephew had got the gift deed prepared by getting him to sign the property documents. This was a case of murder. There is a need for serious investigation into this matter. He has also given a complaint about this to Madhu Vihar police station.
