On Tuesday unveiling the logo, theme and website of India’s G20 presidency, Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off Indian glory, which actually is the outcome of the global efforts made by Modi himself.
The Indian G20 logo bears a lotus along with the message of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ the Sanskrit phrase signifying its meaning as ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’.
Addressing to the gathering during the occasion while launching the logo via video conferencing, the PM clarified the significance saying the lotus is a symbol of hope.
“Today the world fraternity is passing through the after-effects of a disruptive once-in-a-hundred years pandemic with its outcome as conflicts and lot of economic uncertainty. Our symbol of the lotus in the G20 logo represents hope during this critical phase. No matter how adverse the circumstances, the lotus will keep blooming, immaterial of any adverse circumstance,” says PM Modi.
