Match preview: GT vs CSK- Gujarat Titans (GT), the defending champions, finished first in the IPL 2023 points standings after winning ten of their last 14 league games. On the other hand, the MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) made a spectacular comeback in the league this time around, finishing second in the rankings after placing ninth the previous year. On May 23, both of these clubs will meet each other at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The victor of this match will go to the finals, while the losing team will play in the second qualifier in order to compete in the championship game.
It’s interesting to note that during the competition’s existence, Chennai, a four-time champion, has never defeated GT. But because MS Dhoni is regarded as a master of this format, it will be fascinating to watch Dhoni’s strategy in the upcoming match.
