Om Chanting Helps The Health Of Our Body, Soul and Mind

Om Chanting: Om is an Indian spiritual symbol which is used in all worship styles be it among Shaiv worshiper or Viashnava devotees. This is the base of the entire creation as per Hindu Mythology which has lots of power within it.

Om Chanting: Indian mythological texts say Om (Aum) chanting and its meditation does help over the health of human body, soul and mind.

Om Chanting: For attracting natural bliss and happiness, one has to connect with a higher frequency. But social conditions as well as situations connect people to negative frequencies like fear, anger, anxiety, stress, etc. and these feelings make people forget their true blissful nature. Hence, being more happy and aligned to the universe, we can achieve our way of life, the way we want it.

Om (Aum) is an invisible source of power

They say, the initial spark of the creation has come from Naad (vibration of a sound) and the sound was Om. Sanathan Dharma says the sound was from God Himself and the sound was also God Himself. Thus Om sound is synonymous to God this is why all mantras start with Om.

The Highest Vibration

In fact, Om is the Highest vibration coming from God Himself, thus it can be considered as the Highest Positive Vibration. Being a universal syllable, it represents cosmic energy. As per Hindu scriptures i.e. Vedas, the same way as the Big Bang theory says- the whole universe was created by a sound. They call it BIG BANG while we call it OM (Aum). We find it in the Gospel itself, see what John 1:1 says,” In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God……. And the word was made flesh.”

Quantum Physics proves it

Meditating or Chanting ‘OM’ (Aum) raises the vibrations of the person, and that is not just in body but also in the overall consciousness of his mind and mind. The same thing is said by Quantum Physics –  Everything is Energy. Everything is pulsating at a vibration, at the frequency of their own. Thus every individual has his own particular frequency/energy.

Om Chanting has a significance

By Om Chanting, you get aligned to the Whole, it makes you in tune with OM (Aum). In fact, in any language there is no other sound as OM or AUM. When you utter the word AUM, the first sound A comes from the back of the throat. Then U arrives from the palate, pr say from the middle of our vocal region. Finally M appears from the vocal organ or from our lips and as a nasal and labial sound.

Here are the benefits of Meditating or Chanting OM:

1. It helps you stay healthy & also protects you from pollution
2. Meditating or Chanting OM or AUM raises the positive vibration turning you joyful as well as blissful.
3. It also purifies the environment around us. Not just for the person chanting but also for people around the person.
4. It raises the vibration energy level within you, balancing the emotions and moods at the same time.
5. OM Chanting helps in purifying the AURA of a person.
6. Most significantly with its power OM chanting or meditation provides better immunity as well as self-healing power.
