‘HINDUS’ The Lovers Of Peace : Assam CM Sarma

Hindus Are Peace-loving and Will Never Engage in Rioting, According to “Assam CM Sarma”

Himanta Biswa Sarma, the chief minister of Assam, stated on Thursday that the community does not support “love jihad” and that Hindus typically do not participate in riots “.

The BJP representative said that Hindus are “peace-loving” when asked about instances of communal violence in India “. He also discussed his views on “love jihad,” the murder of Shraddha Walkar, and his “Saddam Hussain” persona in an interview “remarks directed at Congressman Rahul Gandhi.

“Hindus are lovers of peace. They avoid from rioting. The majority of Hindus do not even support jihad. Hindus will never engage in rioting, he assured. The remarks were made shortly after Shah claimed that violent anti-social elements stopped acting out after being “given a lesson” in 2002.

Shah made his remarks last week during a rally in Gujarat. Additionally, he claimed that the BJP brought about “lasting peace” in the state.

‘I WASTED 22 YEARS IN CONGRESS’

Sarma claimed that his decision to leave the grand old party and join the BJP wasn’t motivated by a change in ideology. “In the Congress,  ‘WE USED TO WORSHIP A FAMILY ‘. In BJP  ‘WE WORSHIP THE NATION’, he continued. Sarma claimed that his 22 years in Congress were a waste of time.

Sarma changed in 2015, when he was a well-known minister in Assam. Since then, he has held significant positions within the BJP, including serving as Assam’s chief minister while the party was in power.

He claimed that left wing parties would always view the BJP’s comments as “communal.” “but he only spoke them in a patriotic manner.

REMARK ON SHRADDHA WALKAR’S DEATH  “LOVE JIHAD”

Meanwhile, he recently declared that there is “element of love jihad” in the Mehrauli murder “and claimed that in addition to roads and power, a poll concern is the security of daughters.

In response to a query about him bringing up the murder of Shraddha Walkar during the election campaign and advocating for a strict law to stop “love jihad,” “Sarma stated on Thursday that ignoring love jihad was similar to practising appeasement politics and risked women’s safety. According to various media sources, Aaftab Poonawala admitted after his polygraph examination that his conduct would send him to jannat.”

Last week, Sarma highlighted the importance of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and a statute against “love jihad” during a political rally in the nation’s capital “. Sarma had stated that India “needs Lord Ram, and not Aaftab (murder accused)” in reference to the atrocious murder “.

Aaftab is accused of killing Walkar and sawing her body into 35 pieces, which he allegedly kept in a 300-liter refrigerator at his home in Mehrauli, south Delhi, for about three weeks before disposing them all over the city over several days after midnight. In May, Walkar apparently died.
