Gujrat Polls 2022: Around 35 percent voting by 1pm

Gujarat Election 2022 is the prime political buzz today showing the voting of the first phase in the state in full swing.

The first phase of voting is underway in Gujarat where the voting updates show the initial average polling trend with around 35 percent turnout.

Catching all the significant updates from the first phase of the state assembly polls 2022 the state witnesses the voting underway for the first phase of Gujarat polls in nineteen districts in the Saurashtra-Kutch and southern parts of Gujarat which has been so far by 1pm recorded with around thirty five percent turnout till 1 pm.

Taking to Twitter PM Modi on Thursday morning appealed people to come out for voting in large numbers.  The AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, who is presenting his party as the prime opposition in Gujarat, also urged people to go for voting keeping the “future of their children” in view.

Gujarat previously has witnessed a not too tough contest between the Congress and BJP and now it i has seen the introduction of the AAP as the 3rd major player.

Gujarat BJP President C.R. Patil with his wife Ganga Patil,  Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja with his wife and BJP candidate Rivaba Jadeja and also Former governor of Karnataka Vajubhai Vala after casting their vote showed their finger marked with indelible ink.

People were seen showing their identification cards as they wait in long queues while casting their votes during the Gujarat Assembly elections’ first phase voting.
