Britain New Currency: There has been a big change in the bank notes of Britain. Now on these notes, instead of the picture of the Queen, the picture of the new king, King Charles III, will be seen. This information has been shared from the Twitter account of Bank of England, pictures of new notes are also being seen in this post.

Let us tell you that new notes will be issued for use in Britain by the middle of the year 2024. At the same time, except for the pictures in these notes, no change has been made in anything else. The picture of King Charles will be seen in 5, 10, 20 and 50 pound notes.

Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey said, ‘I am proud that the design of our new banknote has been released, in which the picture of King Charles III has been placed. It is an important moment, as The King is only the second monarch to appear on our bank notes.”

New Emperor Coins Have Already Arrived : Britain New Currency

Coins with the official portrait of King Charles III have already been launched before the introduction of currency notes in the UK. The 4.9 million 50 pence coins feature the monarch’s portrait, with a design symbolizing the “life and legacy” of the late queen on the reverse.

On the Twitter post made by the Bank of England for the new notes, the picture of the current Maharaja of the country is going to appear on the front side of the bank notes. Along with this, a picture of him is also going to appear in the see-through security window. At the same time, even after the arrival of new notes, the already running notes have been validated. According to a report, notes with the picture of Queen Elizabeth II and notes with the picture of Prince Charles III are being used simultaneously.
