Morning Tea with Bharat Express: Why don’t you just stop chasing success?

“I cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate. It is, above all to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all.” Mark the words by Leo Rosten. The message is crystal clear.

Life won’t last forever, so stop chasing success and look for significance. The moments we are passing through are too precious to avoid. Alas, that happens and we lose value of life in real sense. Being realistic, success is not the greatest call one has on his life. And, yes, in comparison to significance, it fades pretty promptly.

Instead of chasing success, let us live a life worth copying. We need to focus on people, not on the interests. Let us respect relations not the money and let us love emotions not the hard core reality of life.

We need to remember that chasing success is almost chasing a shadow. Chase life and start with the ones you love. The life inside is strengthen with love and emotions but life outside also looks at you.

For that find a career outside your job. And keep making efforts till you get satisfied of putting in your hundred present. Leave the rest to God. In everything you have  to realize significance is not dependent upon success. Life itself is the significance and living life king size is the utmost significance in the journey.

Happiness is all what matters. Money does not give happiness but it does help. Hence, money-matters also require your proper attention, not too much. Reduce your expenses, it will be like earning some extra money kind of thing.
