Revive Traditional Weaving For Large Scale Production: Kruse

Priest of Ladies Asset Improvement and Agriculture, Salhoutuonuo Kruse underlined the significance of restoring customary winding for enormous scope creation through the reception of current apparatuses.

She expressed this at the Thanksgiving program hung on May 6 at the Peducha town chamber corridor.

Kruse talked about how big floriculture is in the state and said that there were plans to build marketing sheds along the Zubza highway to help women farmers and flower growers in the Western Angami areas do business. She also mentioned that interested parties could purchase vegetables and flower seeds. She also talked about the goals of Women Resource Development and Horticulture and said that the department’s main goal was to help women become self-sufficient by improving their means of earning a living.

Kruse expressed gratitude to Kiruphema’s populace for their assistance and support during her victory celebration.

Kruse assured that she would do whatever she could from her side to lift the people up, which could only be accomplished through unity, insisting that her victory was the first step of the journey that lay ahead of them.

Pfülhouzhüno Visienyü, Chairperson of the Kiruphema Women Organization, wished Kruse well for making history by becoming the first woman to serve as a cabinet minister in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
