Mann Ki Baat 2023: PM Modi emphasizes importance of ‘Indian Democracy’

PM Modi Mann Ki Baat 2023 Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with the countrymen today. In the 97th episode of PM Modi’s radio program (Mann Ki Baat 2023), he told about superfood millets. The PM said that people are now adopting millet on a large scale and it is also beneficial for their health. The Prime Minister further added to his statement, that India is the largest democracy in the world and democracy runs in our veins. He said that our nature and culture are democratic.

Know the Padma award winners

In Mann Ki Baat, the PM talked about the Padma awardees. The PM said that a large number of Padma awardees are from tribal communities and people associated with tribal society. The PM said that tribal life is different from city life and is also challenging, but despite this, tribal societies are always eager to save their traditions. With this, the PM urged the countrymen to know about these winners.

Discussion of Padma award winners all around

The PM said that this time the Padma awardees are those who have mastered the art of spreading the melody of our traditional musical instruments like Santoor, Bamhum, and Dwitara. The PM said that Ghulam Mohammad Jaz, Moa Su-Pong, Ri-Singhbor Kurka-Long, Muni-Venkatappa, and Mangal Kanti Rai are being discussed all around.

E-waste can become the strength of the economy

Modi said that e-waste is not managed properly and due to this, it is harmful to our environment. The PM said that if it is recycled and reused carefully, it can become a huge force in the economy.

People adopting millets with yoga

The PM said that people are on the path of a revolution because of their participation in the two campaigns. Moreover, he added, that people had made yoga and fitness a part of their lives by taking active participation on a large scale, but now people are adopting millet in a big way.

Different aspects were praised in the Republic Day celebrations

In Mann Ki Baat, the PM said that this time many different aspects are being appreciated a lot in the Republic Day celebrations. The PM expressed his heartfelt feelings by concluding that Pulkit from Jaisalmer even wrote to him saying that this time during the parade on 26 January, it was great to see the workers who constructed the duty path sitting in the front.

Competition on the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat

The 100th episode of the Mann Ki Baat programme may be slightly different. In this regard, the Central Government has kept a unique competition, in which common people can participate. The 100th episode of PM Modi’s Mann Ki Baat will be telecast in April and the government has organized a logo and jingle competition for it. The contest started on 18th January and the last date for submitting the logo and jingle is 1st February. To participate in this, people have to go to mygov.in.
