Two States Projects: PM Modi Gifts Worth 6.8 Cr To Be Launched Soon

Two States Projects: Tripura and Meghalaya are among the two states readying to vote in the initial months of 2023. and North East Council marks its golden jubilee, with projects worth Rs 6.8K Cr post PM Modi’s 2-state visit.

Two States Projects: People of Tripura and Meghalaya are delighted with the gift by PM Modi. The two states are in focus today on Sunday where the Golden Jubilee was being celebrated by the North East Council. Many big ticket projects are also being the highlights of PM Modi’s 4-state visit, which follows days after the year’s last polls season after the formation of new governments in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat.

Two States Projects:  Both the states, Meghalaya and Tripura are all set to vote early next year in 2023. In Meghalaya, while the NPP (National People’s Party) and the BJP government coalition exists in power, Bharatiya Janata Party is ruling in Tripura also.

On Saturday a tweet by PM Modi also was about his visit to the two states as he says that he “is going to take part in various programs which are aimed at furthering the growth trajectory of the two significant Indian states along with the entire Northeast region.”

Arunachal CM welcomes the PM

This morning, Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu also writes in a tweet: “Fifty years of North East Council! Welcome to our Honorable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji in Meghalaya on ‘The Abode of Clouds’. We are looking forward to your gracious presence at our golden jubilee celebrations of @NEC_GoI. NER shall proceed to prosper under your precious guidance.”

Opposition’s hullabaloo on Tawang is on

 Prime Minister Modi’s visit to northeast states comes at a time when the opposition parties have been attacking the government over the latest clash between the Indian Army and Chinese PLA troops at the Line of Actual Control in Tawang area of Arunachal Pradesh.

Houses will cover 2 lakh beneficiaries

The projects worth Rupees 4,350 crore, are going to witness the launch of the government’s ambitious PM Awas Yojana  (Urban) and PM Awas Yojana  (Rural) in Tripura . PM Office says, “These houses, developed at a cost of over Rupees three thousand four hundred Crores, which is going to cover over two lakh beneficiaries.”
