UP Minister AK sharma hails Supreme Court verdict over the reservation

Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Minister AK Sharma welcomes the verdict by the judiciary, calling it a defeat of political conspiracy.

AK Sharma hails apex court decision regarding the municipal elections in Uttar Pradesh. The Urban Development Minister says that the government will cooperate in conducting elections by giving reservation to all classes including OBCs under the constitutional system within the time limit given by the Honorable Supreme Court.

As per the information from the sources, by March 2023 following the report of the newly formed dedicated Commission, the government will go ahead in this direction so that the elections could be held after ensuring reservation as per the constitutional rights given to all sections including the OBCs.

Urban Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh, AK Sharma states, ”Under the Constitution and the legal system of the country, we are committed to provide justice to the weaker sections of the society.”

”The spirit of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’ of Honorable Prime Minister and Honorable Chief Minister is our main mantra,” the Minister said.

”Earlier also the BJP government had given reservation to the OBC class in the provisional notification. Even today the party is committed to OBC reservation and will continue to do so,” holds AK Sharma sounding firm on the party’s commitment.

Mincing no words commenting over the opposition’s negative role, AK Sharma states that those who differentiate between words and deeds, those who lie and those who break the constitutional process of the entire election for their pure vested interests, have been defeated today.
