Rohit Sharma And Ishan Kishan Snatch Zaheer Khan Away During Wild Celebrations Post MI’s Win

The Mumbai Indians beat the Kolkata Knight Riders at Wankhede Stadium on Saturday to extend their winning streak in the IPL 2023. It was also a very special victory for Mumbai, which gave a touching tribute to the team led by Harmanpreet Kaur by donning the jersey from the franchise’s winning season in the inaugural WPL season in front of 19000 young girls who were at the iconic stadium. However, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan took Zaheer Khan away in their celebration.

As a result, MI broke out in a maniacal celebration following the match, when Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan took over Zaheer Khan’s interview and paraded him around.
The entire Mumbai Indians team, including the players, coaching staff, and owners, took a victory lap around the Wankhede Stadium after their five-wicket victory at home, which marked their second consecutive victory in the IPL 2023. They waved to the crowd and took in all of the applause.

About Zaheer Khan

Zaheer, a former member of the MI coaching staff, and Parthiv Patel, a former member of the franchise, were both on the sidelines. They discussed Mumbai’s victory over KKR with Jio Cinema. Rohit and Ishan ran in as the MI players passed behind them and brought Zaheer along as part of the celebrations. Parthiv was also taken aback by the presenter’s pure laughter as she stood alone and spoke to the camera. However, they both joined in a minute later.

Mumbai won the game against KKR

The Mumbai Indians gained a few advantages from their victory. The most notable example is Suryakumar Yadav, who led MI on Sunday in place of Rohit. He returned to form with an impressive 43 off 25 runs. With his 25-ball 58, Ishan had set the stage for the pursuit of 186 ahead of him.

“In the dugout, we had a conversation; all we had to do was continue the momentum from the previous game, and the boys put on a show. I would have wanted to complete the game, yet I am exceptionally content with how things went. I thought the wicket was a little dry in the afternoon, but the way the guys batted, it got better in the evening. Suryakumar remarked after the victory, “Ishan got us off to a great start, and 180-190 is quite chasable-at Wankhede.”
