The Mumbai Indians beat the Kolkata Knight Riders at Wankhede Stadium on Saturday to extend their winning streak in the IPL 2023. It was also a very special victory for Mumbai, which gave a touching tribute to the team led by Harmanpreet Kaur by donning the jersey from the franchise’s winning season in the inaugural WPL season in front of 19000 young girls who were at the iconic stadium. However, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan took Zaheer Khan away in their celebration.

The entire Mumbai Indians team, including the players, coaching staff, and owners, took a victory lap around the Wankhede Stadium after their five-wicket victory at home, which marked their second consecutive victory in the IPL 2023. They waved to the crowd and took in all of the applause.

Zaheer, a former member of the MI coaching staff, and Parthiv Patel, a former member of the franchise, were both on the sidelines. They discussed Mumbai’s victory over KKR with Jio Cinema. Rohit and Ishan ran in as the MI players passed behind them and brought Zaheer along as part of the celebrations. Mumbai won the game against KKR
