The India-US Defence Acceleration Ecosystem (INDUS-X) was launched by the defence departments of India and the US on Wednesday, aimed to expand the strategic technology partnership and defence industrial cooperation between the two countries.

A key focus area of the India-US iCET is to remove “barriers” to collaboration on both sides and maximise the full potential of bilateral relationship, including on defence corporation.

During the meeting, the two leaders also reviewed progress under the India-US Initiative on Critical & Emerging Technologies (iCET).
