Manipur: 47-Year Old From State Transforms Barren Land Into Forest

47-year old Moirangthem Loiya has converted a barren plot of hilly land in the outskirts of Manipur’s capital Imphal into 300-acre forest housing over 100 species of plants and also a home for barking deers, porcupines and snakes.
