Himachal Elections: Voting was held on 68 seats on 12 November

Voting results are held on 68 seats in Himachal Pradesh for which elections took place on 12 November. After the voting on 68 seats in the state, there is a direct fight between the BJP and the Congress as reported by the exit polls.

Some exit polls also predict the formation of the Congress government, while some are predicting the return of the BJP to power.

The feeling was expressed on the ground even in the run-up to the elections: “Inhein dekh liya, ab Congress ko opportunity dete hain (We have seen them, now let’s see the others)”. But this time, the BJP’s appeal for modifying “riwaaz” (tradition) was just as strong.

Congress is giving a tough fight with keeping 40 seats with BJP on 25 seats seems like the work of Priyanka Gandhi is now coming out with flying colors for Congress.
