ESDE To Provide Skills To Persons With Visual Disabilities

Changeink Foundation is committed to building an equitable ecosystem that promotes inclusion of individuals with learning disabilities from parenting to career.

The Department of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (ESDE) has joined hands with Changeink Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to mainstreaming individuals with learning disabilities, to skilled individuals who are often Nobody goes unnoticed because of their invisible disabilities.

A DIPR report said the partnership aims to harness the natural entrepreneurial spirit of those individuals and leverage their skills to drive innovation and growth for the state.

 Department of Employment, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship recognized individuals with invisible disabilities, especially those with Specific Learning Disabilities, as they were often the driving force behind groundbreaking innovations that have changed the world. With this in mind, the partnership with Changeinkk Foundation will focus on empowering these individuals by providing them with the necessary skills to become successful entrepreneurs and innovators, the report stated.
Changeink Foundation is committed to building an equitable ecosystem that promotes inclusion of individuals with learning disabilities from parenting to career. Rather than creating an alternative system of inclusion, the partnership will build the capacity of all stakeholders, helping them create a sustainable culture of inclusion. The Government of Nagaland and Changeink Foundation were committed to this partnership and believe it will drive innovation, productivity and growth for India.
